SARVUNO Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the SARVUNO website and its public football media and data services.
By using SARVUNO, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.
1. About SARVUNO
SARVUNO is an independent football media and information product.
The service may provide football journalism, match information, results, competition tables, club and player information, statistics, related editorial content and other football-related information.
SARVUNO is not an official website of any football club, competition, governing body or other sporting organisation unless a relationship is explicitly stated.
2. Informational Purpose
Content and football data published through SARVUNO are provided for general informational and editorial purposes.
Football information can change rapidly.
Fixtures may be postponed or cancelled, transfers may develop, competition information may change and live or statistical data may be updated as new information becomes available.
SARVUNO aims to provide accurate and timely information but does not guarantee that every item of information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Where meaningful errors are identified, SARVUNO may correct or update published information in accordance with its Editorial Standards & Corrections policy.
3. Editorial Content
SARVUNO exercises editorial judgment over the selection, presentation and interpretation of its own coverage.
News reports, analysis, headlines, summaries and other editorial materials should be understood in the context in which they were published and the information reasonably available at that time.
Developing stories may change after publication.
Where appropriate, SARVUNO may amend an existing article or publish additional reporting as further information becomes available.
4. Football Data
SARVUNO may display information including:
- fixtures;
- results;
- live match status;
- competition standings;
- team squads;
- player information;
- match statistics;
- other football data.
Football data may originate from third-party data providers and may be processed, mapped or presented through SARVUNO's own systems.
Although SARVUNO aims to maintain reliable football data, temporary delays, provider errors, technical failures or later corrections may affect the information displayed.
Users should not rely on SARVUNO as the sole source for decisions requiring guaranteed real-time or legally authoritative information.
5. Intellectual Property
The SARVUNO name, logo, branding, site design, original editorial content, graphics created by SARVUNO and other original SARVUNO materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property principles.
Unless otherwise permitted, users may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or present SARVUNO-created materials as their own.
Reasonable personal use, ordinary linking and sharing of links to SARVUNO pages are permitted.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SARVUNO intellectual property to users.
6. Clubs, Competitions and Third-Party Trademarks
Names, crests, logos, competition marks and other identifying material associated with football clubs, leagues, governing bodies, players, companies and other third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.
SARVUNO may display such material for editorial, informational and identification purposes.
Their appearance on SARVUNO does not, by itself, imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or official affiliation.
SARVUNO does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks merely because they appear within the service.
7. Images and Visual Content
SARVUNO may use original graphics, licensed or otherwise lawfully usable visual materials and AI-generated editorial imagery.
Where AI-generated imagery is used, it should be understood as editorial visual presentation rather than independent photographic evidence of an event.
SARVUNO's use of visual material is further explained in its Editorial Standards.
Users may not assume that third-party images, club marks or other protected visual materials appearing through SARVUNO are licensed for reuse by the user.
8. Acceptable Use
You may use SARVUNO for normal personal, informational and editorial-consumption purposes.
You must not intentionally:
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of SARVUNO;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted systems or administrative areas;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful automated traffic;
- impersonate SARVUNO or falsely suggest an official relationship with SARVUNO;
- use SARVUNO branding in a misleading or deceptive manner;
- systematically extract or exploit the service in a manner that materially harms its operation or legitimate interests;
- use the service for unlawful purposes.
Reasonable use of ordinary search engines, browsers, accessibility tools and normal linking is not prohibited by this section.
9. Automated Access
SARVUNO may use technical measures to protect the reliability and availability of its systems.
Automated access that creates excessive load, bypasses technical restrictions, interferes with the service or attempts large-scale unauthorised extraction may be limited or blocked.
Nothing in these Terms grants an automatic right to unrestricted scraping, bulk republication or commercial redistribution of SARVUNO content or data.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
SARVUNO may reference or link to external websites, organisations, social platforms, data providers or other third-party services.
SARVUNO does not control every external service and is not responsible for the availability, security, content or privacy practices of third-party websites merely because they are referenced or linked from SARVUNO.
Users should review the applicable terms and policies of third-party services when appropriate.
11. Service Availability
SARVUNO may change, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops.
Features, supported competitions, data coverage and presentation may change over time.
SARVUNO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every page, feature or data source.
Temporary maintenance, infrastructure failures, provider outages or other technical events may affect access to the service.
12. Corrections and Changes
SARVUNO may correct factual errors, revise football data, update developing stories or modify pages when new or more accurate information becomes available.
A correction or update does not necessarily mean that the original publication was unreasonable at the time it was published.
SARVUNO's approach to accuracy, updates and corrections is described in the Editorial Standards & Corrections policy.
13. Privacy
Use of SARVUNO is also subject to the SARVUNO Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains current practices relating to analytics consent, browser storage, restricted staff authentication and other relevant processing.
14. No Public User Accounts or Paid Services
At the date of these Terms, SARVUNO does not currently offer public user accounts, paid subscriptions, payment processing or other public account-based services.
If such functionality is introduced in the future, additional or revised terms may apply.
15. Limitation of Responsibility
SARVUNO aims to operate a reliable and responsible football media and data product.
However, the service is provided on the basis that information, technology and third-party data sources may occasionally contain errors, delays or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SARVUNO is not responsible for losses arising solely from reasonable reliance on temporary inaccuracies, service interruptions or third-party data failures where SARVUNO has not made a specific guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility where such exclusion would not be permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
SARVUNO may update these Terms as the product develops, new functionality is introduced or operational and legal requirements change.
Material revisions should be reflected in the published version of these Terms and the revision date should be updated where appropriate.
Continued use of SARVUNO after updated Terms are published constitutes use of the service under the revised Terms.
