SARVUNO Privacy Policy
SARVUNO respects the privacy of its visitors and aims to be clear about how information is used when people access our website.
This Privacy Policy explains the current privacy practices of SARVUNO. As the product develops and new features are introduced, this policy may be updated to reflect material changes in how information is collected or used.
1. Information We Collect
SARVUNO is currently primarily a public football media and data service.
At present, SARVUNO does not offer public user accounts, public profiles, comments, payment services or newsletter subscriptions.
Most visitors can therefore use the public website without creating an account or directly providing personal information to SARVUNO.
Certain technical information may nevertheless be processed as part of operating, securing and measuring the website, as described below.
2. Analytics
SARVUNO uses Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the website and how the product performs.
Analytics is not activated on sarvuno.comunless the visitor chooses to accept analytics through SARVUNO's consent interface.
If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may process information about website usage, such as pages visited, interactions with the site, device or browser information and other technical usage data provided through the analytics service.
SARVUNO uses this information to understand product usage, identify areas for improvement and evaluate the performance of the website.
If analytics consent is declined, SARVUNO does not intentionally activate Google Analytics for that visitor through our consent system.
3. Your Analytics Choice
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so that SARVUNO can remember the choice you made.
This preference is stored locally on your device using browser storage.
You may change or clear locally stored website data through your browser settings. Clearing browser storage may cause SARVUNO to ask for your analytics preference again.
4. Essential and Staff-Only Authentication
SARVUNO operates a protected Editorial Admin area for authorised staff.
That protected area uses essential authentication technology to maintain secure staff sessions.
These authentication mechanisms are used for access control and security and are not part of the public visitor account system.
Public visitors do not need an Editorial Admin account to access SARVUNO's normal football coverage.
5. How We Use Information
Where information is processed through SARVUNO, it may be used to:
- operate and maintain the website;
- understand how the public product is used, where analytics consent has been given;
- improve the usability, reliability and performance of SARVUNO;
- protect the website and restricted administrative systems;
- investigate technical problems or misuse;
- comply with obligations that may apply to SARVUNO.
SARVUNO does not use information collected through the current public website to operate a public user-profile or personalised-account system because those features are not currently offered.
6. Third-Party Services
SARVUNO relies on third-party technology providers to operate parts of the website and its infrastructure.
Where Google Analytics is activated with your consent, information processed through that service is also subject to Google's applicable privacy practices.
Third-party services used to host, secure or operate SARVUNO may process technical information where necessary to provide those services.
SARVUNO does not consider the use of a third-party service to give that provider ownership of SARVUNO's editorial content or football product.
7. Cookies and Browser Storage
SARVUNO may use essential technologies required for secure or restricted functionality.
For public analytics consent, SARVUNO also uses browser storage to remember whether analytics has been accepted or declined.
SARVUNO does not intentionally use its current analytics implementation before the visitor has provided the required consent through the SARVUNO consent interface.
As SARVUNO introduces new functionality, this section may be updated if the website begins using additional cookies or similar technologies.
8. Advertising, Payments and Public Accounts
At the date of this policy, SARVUNO does not currently operate:
- public user accounts;
- public comments;
- newsletter subscriptions;
- payment processing;
- paid subscriptions;
- personalised public profiles;
- advertising-based user targeting.
If SARVUNO introduces features that materially change how personal information is collected or used, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Data Retention
SARVUNO aims to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, including operational, security, analytical or legal purposes where applicable.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the systems involved.
Analytics information processed through third-party services may also be subject to the retention settings and practices of those services.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may give you rights concerning personal information associated with you.
These rights may include the ability to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict particular forms of processing where applicable.
SARVUNO will review legitimate privacy requests in accordance with applicable requirements.

11. Children's Privacy
SARVUNO is a general football media and information service and is not designed specifically to collect personal information from children.
The current public product does not require visitors to create personal accounts or profiles.
If SARVUNO introduces features involving user registration or other direct collection of personal information, the privacy implications of those features will be reviewed before launch.
12. Security
SARVUNO uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect its systems and restricted administrative functionality.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. SARVUNO therefore aims to use proportionate safeguards while continuing to improve the security and reliability of the platform.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
SARVUNO may update this Privacy Policy as the product, technology, analytics practices or legal requirements evolve.
Material changes should be reflected in the published version of this page, including an updated revision date where appropriate.
