Southampton make offer for Borussia Dortmund defender Luca Reggiani

Southampton have submitted an offer for Borussia Dortmund centre-back Luca Reggiani as they look to add another young defensive option before the transfer window closes.

Reggiani’s situation has changed quickly. He was an unused substitute in Dortmund’s 2-0 Bundesliga opening win over Hamburg, underlining the competition now ahead of him.
